provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

National Coalition for Digital Skills and Jobs of the Slovak Republic, Interest Association of Legal Entities with registered office at Mlynské nivy 18890/5, 82109 Bratislava Ružinov, Slovak Republic, IČO: 52828123, registered in the Register of Interest Associations of Legal Entities of the District Office Bratislava (“Digital Coalition”) is the organiser of the IT Fitness Test (Contest).

As a candidate to participate in the Contest, I hereby grant the Digital Coalition consent to the processing of my personal data in the scope of:
a) identification data (forename, titles and date of birth);
b) contact details (e- mail address);
c) gender data (if I choose to include them);
d) data relating to participation in the competition and the fulfilment of the conditions of the contest;
e) data relating to my personal form (photographs and audiovisual recordings), including personal expressions and identification;

I also consent to the production and publication of photographs and audio-visual recordings (e.g. films, videos and live broadcasts) of my person, including my identification (name, surname, titles) that will be taken during the Contest (e.g. at the time of the awards). I agree to the use of this data through any technological method (in particular on the Digital Coalition website, social networks, press releases, etc.) without monetary compensation and time or territorial limitation for promotional, communication, educational and presentation purposes of the Digital Coalition or direct marketing of the Digital Coalition, in particular to inform about and encourage participation in the upcoming activities of the Digital Coalition.

I give my consent for a period of three years from the receipt of the personal data or until the withdrawal of that consent, whichever is earlier.

Granting consent to participation in the contest organised by the operator under the terms of this Statute is a condition for participation in the contest. Withdrawal of consent during the duration of the contest means that the operator, as the organiser, immediately ceases to process the personal data of the person concerned and that the data subject will be removed from the contest participants for non-compliance with the conditions of the Statute of the Contest.

By providing this consent, I also declare that I have been acquainted with the terms and conditions for the protection of personal data set out in the Statute of the Contest. I have also been instructed that the processing of personal data will in no way involve a cross-border transfer of data to third countries.

I am aware that I grant this consent to the processing of personal data voluntarily and can withdraw it at any time by sending a written notice of withdrawal of consent to the Digital Coalition headquarters or by e-mail to [email protected]. I acknowledge that withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal. At the same time, I declare that all personal data provided by me are true and correct and that I have been informed about my rights when processing personal data.
